Most folded brochures require a single tab if they open at the top (above the return address), or two tabs if they open at the bottom. Brochures which are 11” in length will require two tabs regardless of whether they open at the top or bottom. Booklets which are not mailing at the flat rate (smaller than 6” x 11”) will require 3 1.5” tabs, one on the leading edge of the mail piece and two on the top, the spine must be located at the bottom of the booklet.
