All files must adhere to the following specifications:
• We accept both PC and Macintosh platforms
• Files must be converted to CMYK
• Files must be at least 300 dpi to ensure optimum printing
• Artwork should be designed with an 1/8" bleed. Keep all important text and images at least 1/8" away from the edges to accommodate for press and bindery functions
(See 'Bleed' section for more Information.)
• Files will be printed "Head to Head" unless
otherwise instructed in writing
• If you are using Adobe Illustrator, Freehand or Corel
Draw please convert all fonts to outlines, curves or paths
• If using Pagemaker or Quark XPress, include all images
and fonts (both screen and printer fonts) when submitting
your order. Missing fonts or images will cause delays
• Include a proof with your files. This can be a hard
copy, or a digital proof (please see 'Proof' section for more
information)
• Specify whether your artwork is in PC or MAC format
• Make sure to check your files before you submit your
artwork to be printed. We will print the files exactly as
they are submitted
• Submit 2 files. One for the front and one for the
back-side. Do not place both sides or multiple jobs into one
digital file. Do not place your files more than one up on
a page
